Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns within three days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or incorrect. To request a return, please contact our team with a photo of the product and your order number.
- Products must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for a return. Due to Egyptian law, we cannot accept returns of used or unsealed products for hygiene reasons.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
- At this time, we do not provide exchanges, but we are happy to process a return for your item.
