Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We accept returns within three days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or incorrect. To request a return, please contact our team with a photo of the product and your order number.
Products must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for a return. Due to Egyptian law, we cannot accept returns of used or unsealed products for hygiene reasons.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
At this time, we do not provide exchanges, but we are happy to process a return for your item.
